Hope for Tomorrow

Guest Post by Susan D.

The parents of my students have been more supportive this year than ever before. They support me in discipline issues. They volunteer to read with students and help with crafts. They send snacks and Kleenex!
This is the first year I have really felt that parents are part of my team. Does this give me hope for tomorrow? You bet!

Hope for the Future

Do I have hope for the future of education?
Yes! Our local high school has a Teacher Cadet program. I have been fortunate to have had several students working in my classroom. These high school students show so much enthusiasm for working with my students.
Even if only a few of these students continue on the path to become teachers, we are very blessed indeed. The future of education will be safe in their hands.
