They support me in discipline issues. They volunteer to read with students and help with crafts. Our local high school has a Teacher Cadet program. I have been fortunate  to have had several students working in my classroom. These high school students show so much enthusiasm for working with my students.&lt;br /&gt;Even if only a few of these students continue on the path to become teachers, we are very blessed indeed.
